Gradiant and SAWACO Deploy Environmentally Friendly High Recovery Desalination Technology
Gradiant and SAWACO have successfully demonstrated deployment of Counter Flow Reverse Osmosis (CFRO) in Jeddah, extracting 50% more freshwater from reject brine. The pilot’s success will scale to 5,000 m³/day, with plans reaching 15,000 m³/day. A joint venture is underway to deploy CFRO across Saudi Arabia, supporting sustainable, high-efficiency desalination at an industrial scale.
